
All of us know what an advocate is and means, but to see that definition in print drives the importance of this role home. I mean, how cool is that?

As the calendar soon flips to March, I wanted to share a few opportunities that have opened up for me. The first is the 4th-annual Adult Spelling Bee, benefitting Book Drive for Kids.

This week, I want to dive into why I chose “be exceptional” as part of my tagline. I am not sure how many people choose taglines as a topic of conversation for a blog post, but here I am. For what it’s worth, I do think it’s worthy of the spotlight.

We all know the Nike slogan, “Just Do It,” has become a mantra. Since 1988, it has challenged us to get fit no matter our present physical condition. To do more. To be more. To not overthink.
